Egg Bake Redefined

The term “egg bake” may conjure up memories of grandma’s casserole with crushed cornflakes on top, but here at Farmers Guest House we have redefined the classic egg bake.  We’ve removed the unnecessary carbs and replaced them with farm fresh veggies like asparagus, spinach or broccoli, added protein rich, low-fat, ricotta and blended that with farm fresh eggs, homegrown herbs and a little breakfast magic for a great start to your day here in picturesque Galena.
