Apple Crostada

This morning we had a new treat for our guests – Apple Crostada.  When Susan first created this and tried it out on her willing taste tester, Don, he said it was like eating your very own apple pie!  Home made apple pie filling wrapped in a warm biscuit, sprinkled with coarse sugar – the perfect starter on a chilly winter morning!
