Spinach Pinwheels make a lucious accompaniment to baked eggs.
Spread a thin layer of herb seasoned cream cheese on a sheet of puff pastry. Follow with a layer of spinach leaves. Then, loosely roll up, slice and bake at 400 for about 12 minutes.
