Press 1/2 c of corned beef hash in an 8 oz ramekin or individual casserole forming a well in the middle. Break two eggs into the well. Bake in a 350 oven until eggs are set, about 24 minutes. Sprinkle chopped green onions, shredded cheese or other garnish over the top and serve.
