It has been another busy week here at the Farmers Guest House. We are honored to be hosting the Doehrman’s Annual Family Reunion. Each year the Doehrman’s choose a lucky destination to enjoy time together, and this year’s choice is the Farmers Guest House here in Galena, IL. What a great time for them and for us! We even arranged a private Galena Trolley Tour with Tri-State Travel for the family to truly experience all that Galena has to offer. In their downtime, the family has enjoyed our common areas and private back patio where they can peacefully reconnect. We’ve recently added several new treats to our list of breakfast items at Farmers Guest House to celebrate summer arriving in historic Galena, IL. One of our favorite signs of summer in our romantic Galena Bed & Breakfast is the aroma of our signature, freshly baked, Lemon Poppy Seed Scones that now accompany our full breakfast each day.
